A device programmer, also called "chip programmer", "circuit programmer", or simply "universal programmer", is a tool for transferring data into integrated circuits - such as ROM, EPROM, EEPROM, Flash, GAL, PAL, PLD, CPLD, FPGA, and microcontroller (MCU) devices. This forum is for discussions about features and issues of the GALEP-5 and GALEP-5D universal programmers from Conitec.
